Deposit

Deposit required: $500.
Deposit requested within 10 days of confirmation. First Month Payment required 30 days prior to arrival.
If reservation made within 30 days of arrival then full payment required for the first month.
For Cancellations received within 60 days of the start of the rental the deposit is non-refundable unless the requested rental space is rebooked.
For multiple month rentals payment for the 2nd and subsequent months are due prior to the start of each subsequent month of the rental.

Cleaning Fee

$200.00 - Refundable if unit is in same condition as when rental started.

Utilities

Unless otherwise noted rates include Electricity, Gas, Cable TV, Telephone (local Calls), Internet, Water, and waste management.
