The bedrooms and baths are located in a separate bedroom wing.
The property faces south with wonderful sunset views from the
great room and full sun is available all day long at the rear of
the back yard for sun bathing. The Great Room is designed in a
relaxed South Western style with ample, comfortable seating for
a quiet evening gathered around the entertainment center or
enjoying card or board games in the separate games area.
Expanded cable TV service with HD service, including Golf
Channel HD, and a DVD player with a small DVD library is
available. The master bedroom has full standard definition
service and a DVD player. Off the great room is a den / reading
room / study with a comfortable couch that folds out to a
standard size bed. Cox high-speed wireless Internet service
allows use of a laptop computer from any location on the
property.
A sliding glass door off the great room leads to a covered patio
with ceiling fan, gas barbeque, and a patio table for sunset
dining. You will sit here and enjoy the magnificent sunsets,
evening breezes, birds and small wildlife offered by this area
of the Arizona desert.
This well designed Robson community offers many amenities for a
diverse range of interests. The Quail Creek community has its
own restaurant/grill, 2 heated swimming pools, hot tub,
professional
golf course (27 holes) and workout facilities. Access to
community activities is a short distance away and bicycles are
available for "getting around" and exercising. We are confident

Beyond the Quail Creek community, the surrounding area is
fascinating. Tucson, with Arts, entertainment and shopping, is
less than a 30-minute drive. Madera
Canyon, renowned for bird watching and hiking and biking
trails, is about 17 miles from Quail Creek. Historic
Tubac,
known for art galleries, working studios, and gift shops, is
just 23 miles away.
