The reservation deposit is non-refundable unless rental of the
home can be rebooked with another party.
Security Deposit -
$800.00 payable upon arrival
Tenants shall pay the first month’s rent, less the reservation
deposit, not less than 60 days prior to arrival. If reservation
made within 30 days of arrival, then full payment of the first
month’s rental is required at time of reservation confirmation.
Where rentals cover multiple months, the rent for each subsequent month is due prior to the first day of each subsequent month
Payments shall be made directly to the owner.
Cleaning fee -
$150.00 payable upon arrival.
Refundable if unit is in same condition as when rental started
