We have a very comfortable home that was recently built the summer of 2011 with a great layout and beautiful tranquil scenery. You can sit out on the patio and listen to the coyotes, numerous birds, a distant train whistle and enjoy the nature that surrounds you.
Watch the incredible sunsets and as the day becomes night see the city lights wake up and the star filled sky come alive above you. There is plenty of outdoor seating for a meal, reading or just relaxing and doing nothing at all.
Inside you will find a nicely decorated 1,700 sq. foot home with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a den. It is a very livable plan with the 2 bedrooms at either end of the house for maximum privacy. The master bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed with a pillow top mattress. The house is bright and airy in a wonderful location and with friendly neighbors.
The great room overlooks the patio and pool. There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms, den great room and two on the outside patio. The secure front screened door is wonderful for allowing great breezes throughout the house
