Deposit

A $500 deposit is required within 10 days to confirm the reservation.
At the start of the rental period this deposit becomes a $350 security
deposit and a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee. This deposit is not applied
to the rental bill.

The $350 security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of the end of the
rental period providing there are no damages or excessive cleaning required.
For cancellations received within 45 days of the start of the rental period,
the deposit will be refunded only if the unit is rebooked.

For rentals of one month or less, fifty percent (50%) of the total rental
bill in addition to the confirmation deposit, is required 60 days prior to
arrival with the balance due prior to arrival. For cancellations received
within 45 days of the start of the rental period, refunds will be made only if the unit is rebooked.
